Fabrication and Installation Crews:

Our shop and installation team are the best in the business. We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with the most professional fabricators and millwrights in the industry. While safety is of upmost important to our company, each of our team practices the safest of practices that we have ever been a part of!

Gregory T. Wilmoth has over 25 years in the manufacturing and custom fabrication industry. Gregory (Greg) started as a laborer in a sheetmetal company in 1990. Attended Chattanooga State Community College from 1996 - 1998 while working for the same fabrication company. Greg accepted a position as shop foreman for another company in 2001 where he served till 2003. Greg moved into mechanical design shortly after accepting the position where he kept his focus to date. While designing thermal application products such as furnaces, ovens, and natural gas burners his focus soon moved to automated conveying systems. In 2009 Greg co-formed a manufacturing company that was soon acquired by another organization in 2013. Jonathan and Greg formed AIM Industrial Solutions in 2015. Together, the two skill sets compliment each other perfectly.

Engineering and Mechanical Design:

Our Engineering department is ever evolving and growing. We have made changes in our design software this year by adding multiple seats of SolidWorks to the department. While we still have full capabilities of AutoDesk Inventor we have began the migration towards our SolidWorks seats.

Jonathan D. Sherrill has over 20 years in the light and heavy manufacturing industry. Jonathan started in the industry as a production welder after school in a manufacturing company in middle Tennessee close to where he was raised. He quickly progressed through the ranks as lead in each department over a very short period. Jonathan accepted a new position in 2002 as shop foreman of a large manufacturing company in Jasper, TN where he continued to hone his existing skills while continuously developing and refining the new ones. Jonathan has extensive knowledge of conveying systems, safety oriented handrail and platform systems, robotic welding application, and custom fabrication practices. After 17 years in management he made the decision to co-form AIM Industrial Solutions in South Pittsburg, TN in 2015. The beginning of AIM Industrial Solutions (AIS) was in a meager 1200 square foot shop that quickly evolved into a 15,000 square foot building in Chattanooga, TN where it remains currently.
